Changelog:
- Splash screen fixes (boosted up to 850ms)
- Removed language selection from the settings and used locale config (visible through Per-app language preferences and App info)
- Experimental Spanish localization (not finished yet)
- Fixed some UI bugs

I'll fix the splash screen background to match the main activity background in the next build

People who speak and write in Spanish perfectly, please check the grammar and actual context of the translation to see if it matches the original English. I had to manually translate each sentence word by word and learn the grammar for this. If you need a localization file, let me know, but note that one page is still hidden, and the translation might remain unfinished in future builds until I finish the hidden page's design and context.
