we have bunch of clouds where it is so secured that deployments and oncall is done by specifically dedicated people, and they cannot share screen provide logs, etc. OFC we don't have access to anything, so we are basically blind
and in this case you got to be there, asking stupid question, what do you see in this dashboard, do you see that, what is the number, what is the trend, etc
