- there is fluid (genes defined) and crystalized (gained/knowledge base) intelligence
- agreed that ceiling does exist
- ceiling depends on genetics
- iq is testing fluid intelligence
- retaking iq test does not significantly improve the score

Should be hard. It is a bit bullshit, probably you can be asked this problem for some hedge fund or something, it is extremely hard to code the solution and explain it in 50 mins.
