A lot of goods and that you just dont have in cz tesco express, eg, some sorts of teas, beef (all fucking shapes of beef), some sauces , etc
The only thing I am missing is buckwheat, and cacao. But I have meat, fuck buckwheat and fuck cacao😆

So, there were multiple questions about where did I go after Microsoft? As promised, revealing today, didn't want to spoil it, cause knowing my random health, flights luck etc - I might not be in Dublin today with working machine.

The company I joined is Snowflake in Dublin. I will then do some detailed articles, about interview process, offer from Google that I had to reject, and in general interview/market situation in 2025/2026

I can fuxking reverse engineer google, hack pentagon, but I am completely lost here.
What do I wash my stuff with..

I mean I can go military/dorms style, just washing with soap, as it was first 2 weeks in cz, but I DO have washing machine in hotel, and I really want to fully utilise 100 eur per night

Today is amazing problem for binary tree. I remember seeing it on top100, top150 or 75 list. Go and do it, this is very rare case when you have good problem for daily in leetcode.

After eating got nausea and dizziness. Panicked because I dont know local doctors, hospital locations etc. Then it got better on its own. Then again peace in mind.

You know that first 1-2 weeks in big-mid corpos are mainly security/complience/d&i/privacy trainings. Not only they are boring as shit and typically there are nonsense questionnaires/quizes after, but also it is usually listening mode

Idk, for me, I literally cannot keep focus on audio content. I can only focus on visual content, like pdfs, presentations, etc. but paying full attention to some voice, no. I just cannot.

The problem with trainings that it is mostly voice content.

So story about Czech Republic's delivery services or how I missed my Snowflake swag.

For those who does not know what ALWAYS happens in CZ when you order delivery to your home address. You are getting sms saying you to be at home in some datetime range, because courier will come to hand over the package.

LITERALLY FOR EVERYBODY I KNEW, it was like that: they were at home, monitoring phone for sms or call. And then after 1-2 days they were getting notification that courier didn't find you at home, so you gotta go to some ass of Prague on branch to take your package there.
That's why, what all Microsoft people are doing - they mention office address, and it always gets there, cause reception is 24/7. And that's what I did with swag, but it was so long that I resigned earlier than it was delivered.

That's why I'm coming to the Snowflake office with Microsoft bag.
