🚨 BREAKING: PA SUPREME COURT RULES ON CAST VOTE RECORDS 🚨

This is BIG.

And it just changed the conversation on election transparency in Pennsylvania.

⚖️ The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled:

👉 Cast Vote Records (CVRs) are PUBLIC RECORDS

🧩 What does that mean?

CVRs are the digital records created by voting machines—
basically a line-by-line record of how ballots were counted.

✔️ No voter names
✔️ No personal identity
✔️ Just the data

🔥 The fight was this:

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania said:

❌ “These are basically ballots → keep them secret”

The Supreme Court said:
✅ “No. These are machine-generated records → they can be public”

💥 Translation:

➡️ Ballots = private
➡️ Data about ballots = public (in many cases)

That distinction just set a statewide precedent.

⚠️ Don’t miss this:

This doesn’t mean a total data dump with zero limits—
but it DOES mean the door to transparency just opened.

🧠 Why this matters:

✔️ Independent analysis becomes possible
✔️ More accountability in how votes are counted
✔️ Courts just drew a line in favor of public access to election data

💬 Bottom line:

For the first time at this level,
Pennsylvania’s highest court has said:

👉 Election data ≠ ballots
👉 And the public has a right to see it

👀 This one isn’t over—but it’s a major shift.

Note who the intended audience is.

Any election system vendor or election official who refuses to provide CVRs to the public is violating the intent of the federal specification.

You might want to remind them of that early and often if you’re having trouble getting your CVRs.

Confirmed with attorney Stefanie Lambert, that the bullshit Hillsdale County (Michigan) election data breach / voter data access case has been dismissed.

This was a criminal prosecution brought by Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.

• Charges: Using a computer to commit a crime (7-year felony), computers – unauthorized access (5-year felony), and conspiracy to commit unauthorized access (5-year felony).

• Context: This stems from post-2020 election activities in Adams Township, Hillsdale County.

Lambert’s other case in Oakland County based on the same type allegations is on appeal, but is looking more and more likely to be dismissed based on today’s ruling.​​​​​​

The case dates back to the aftermath of the 2020 election, when Scott allegedly provided election-related data to attorney Stefanie Lambert and an outside expert to review for potential irregularities. Prosecutors claimed that crossed the line into criminal conduct. But the defense argued – and the judge agreed – that nothing in the law made her actions a felony.

Kallman said in his press release, “The Court recognized what we have argued all along: there was never any criminal statute applicable to her proper and legal actions and, therefore, no crime was committed.”

Got off the phone with my dear friend Joe Hoft, who recently suffered a stroke.

This follows the hospitalization of his twin brother Jim, who awaits heart surgery this Tuesday.

Now we learn Rudy Giuliani has been hospitalized.

All three fought the election cartel, the traitors Ruby and Shaye, and dealt with endless law-fare. All have given voice to the voiceless. The emotional distress they have dealt with is heavy.

Please lift all three in your prayers, that they would enjoy a season of victory, not just the battle of daily weariness.

Update from Joe Hoft:

“Here’s an update. Share if you wish.

I’m very lucky. My stroke is not the most serious I could ever forget.

I still have my ability to talk and my ability to think so that’s a big blessing

I’ve lost some of the strength and movement in my right leg and arm. My right leg is according to one doctor about a four out of a five. I still can’t stand by myself. I need help. So even with a walker, I need somebody there to make sure I don’t fall. But I feel more strength every day.

My right arm is rated two out of five. This is challenging because I write with my right hand.

But every day, I’m getting stronger and maybe more coordination. I plan on being here a couple weeks. So it’s a day by day experience.

Grateful Jim is out of surgery. And I thought he looked great when I saw the picture of him coming out of surgery. He really looks as good as he has in a long time so hopefully his recovery will go smoothly and quick.

I know, Jims grateful and so am I for all the prayers. So thank you and everybody for thinking of us.
