Novavax, a pharmaceutical company that developed a Covid vaccine, has agreed to settle a Class Action lawsuit and establish a $47,000,000 fund to repay investors that were allegedly defrauded by Novavax.

The Securities Class Action lawsuit, originally filed in 2021, alleges that Novavax knowingly made false statements regarding its capacity and competency to produce a Coronavirus vaccine, and its ability to commercialize and scale the vaccine. The class action lawsuit also alleges that Novavax deceived investors by overstating its ability to achieve regulatory approval in time to be commercially viable, most notably approval from the FDA.

There is a high likelihood that Trump's long-time bagman (Michael Cohen) has been playing a part the whole time.

Right up until he went on the stand a few days ago at the very end of his part in all of this...and instead of confirming what he's been saying all along (and what the prosecution expected him to testify about) he flipped over to now testifying that Trump never told him to inflate the numbers.

The awake have an altitude problem, nearly across the board. We may just be… paranoid.

Taking nothing at face value has been beaten into our brains to the extent that the creeps don’t even have to do anything wrong to make us react. It is no stretch to say that while the bad guys have been forced into becoming a reluctant red pill factory, we have, to some degree, become our own black pill factory.

Read that again. If you are black pilling yourself based on wins you turn into losses then the dark state has won.

Many of you can turn any positive into a negative by over analyzing something to death. I see it constantly. “What if this bar of gold I found is radioactive and will actually kill me if I carry it home?”

For some, absolutely nothing good can happen because even good things become bad things in their minds. It is an attempt to avoid even the most remote risk of disappointment. I’ll believe it when I see it becomes I won’t believe it even if I see it.

Pretty soon hope dies in totality.

Healthy skepticism is great. Paranoid skepticism is a learned mental disorder.

I always say we must let the heroes be heroes. As you well know, I’m not Pollyanna in my analysis of people or events. However, there are good people, far more in fact, than bad people. There are people fighting for good. There are events that trend positive.

Try taking a deep breath, applying Occam’s Razor, and seeing what is positive without the absolute need to find the poison pill. Accept that good things happen.

Otherwise we are faced with simply finding a nice stretch of beach and waiting for the inevitable death of decency.

He faced the same problem we face today.
He saw powerful institutions ruling the ignorant and silent masses.

His battlecry was: "Sapere aude!"
It means "dare to know".
You can loosely translate it as "think for yourself".

The German language is an illustrative language. Words are often like pictures.
German law describes a child as being "unmündig".
It literally translates to "without a mouth".
Google translates the German word "unmündig"/ "without a mouth" to "immature".
And also to "underage".
You can't speak for yourself, when you are underage or immature. Others will speak for you.

And what really shocked me was, when I read that google translate said that another translation for being "underage" is:

When we let experts, politicians, talking heads on TV, philantropists and organisations speak for us, we behave as if we were still underage.
As if we were still children.
As if we wouldn't have an own mouth.
When we don't speak, but instead stay silent, we behave as if we agree to being "parented" by the government.

But we have to speak about it.
Otherwise it is as if we wouldn't have a mouth or a voice.
