We've added a DDoS management panel to the client area.
Until now, changing anything about your protection meant opening a ticket and waiting for us. That's gone. It's all on your service page now.

📊 You can see the attacks hitting your IPs: which address got hit, how big it was in Mbps and pps, and when. If you run a whole subnet, we group attacks per IP, because nobody wants to scroll through 200 rows during an attack wave.

⚙️ You can also write your own L4 firewall rules. Block or rate-limit by protocol, port, and source IP, or whitelist exactly the traffic your application needs to let through.

🔀 Protection runs in two modes: Sensor, where filtering kicks in automatically when an attack starts, and Permanent, where filters stay on around the clock.
- BGP customers can set this per individual IPv4 in their subnet.
- BGP session and tunnel status are visible in the same panel, so you don't need to ask us whether your session is up.

Potential Latency Issues

We are currently tracking a cooling issue on our primary router, which may cause minor network latency under heavy load. We have already contacted our upstream provider to perform an immediate hardware checkup on the node.

No downtime is expected, as our 3 redundant backup routers are fully operational and active to handle and mitigate traffic flow.

We will keep you updated on the progress.

Network Resolution Update

The hardware checkup on our primary router is complete.
The upstream technician replaced the CPU cooler, reapplied thermal paste, and installed new case chassis fans.

Following the repair, the node underwent a 30-minute stress test, and CPU temperatures are now completely stable.

All traffic has been successfully routed back to the primary router. As expected, zero downtime was recorded during the operation.
