concerning the problem of NODE-1-HP is still present. We have decided to move all the VMs inside it to a TEMPORARY node and then perform all the hardware and software side assessments.
To ensure service, the VMs will be moved in live migration mode from NODE-1-HP to NODE-1-HP-TEMP, so no long VM-side disruptions are expected.
If the VM is not reachable, we ask the kindness to follow these steps:
1) Verify through the control panel of the VM, that it is online.
2) If the VM is online, we ask for a 2 minute wait and check if it is still offline
3) If the VM after 2 minutes is still offline, we need to turn the VM off and on again.
If the VM after these steps remains offline, you need to open a ticket on our website and we will check for any issues.

the live migration does not seem to be working so we have decided to continue in the following way:
1) OS upgrade of our virtualizer to the latest version.
2) Kernel upgrade to the latest version + optimization
These two steps will be performed on 20/11/2023 23:00 UTC+1.
A maximum downtime of 30 minutes is expected.
After these steps, there will be testing if the node remains stable.
If the node does not remain stable with the previous two steps, we have to proceed with a forced migration of services that will cause a downtime of 10-30 minutes of one's VPS server. Obviously to facilitate this, the migration will be done during nighttime hours.

We have applied many restrictions to avoid buying for fraudulent reasons, or multiple orders and if this will leave a stable situation, we may increase the testing time to as many as 7 days.
