Service notice — some servers on one of our US IP ranges are currently unreachable due to a routing issue.
Your server is running and your data is safe. The cause is outdated routing records held by our IP provider, which we've identified and reported for removal this evening.
No confirmed ETA yet — we'll update here as soon as we have one.

Resolved — network routing issue
Servers on our affected US IP ranges are reachable again, verified from multiple external networks.
What happened: outdated routing records left on our IP ranges by our upstream IP provider caused upstream carriers to stop accepting those ranges. Traffic could leave your servers but nothing could reach them. Your servers stayed running and no data was lost at any point.
What we've changed:
• External reachability monitoring every 3 minutes, per IP range, from outside our own network, we found out about this from your tickets, which shouldn't happen again.
• Connection-level checks, not just ping. One affected range answered ping the whole time while real connections failed.
• Daily routing-records audit, so the next bad record gets caught while it's still harmless.
Every affected customer has had a week of free service added to all their plans. It's already applied, nothing to claim.
Thank you for your patience, and to those who pushed back when we got the diagnosis wrong.

Country targeting is live and verified — US, UK and Germany all return exit IPs in-country. US state-level targeting available across all 50 states.
Sticky sessions now hold the same exit IP for the full session, so multi-step flows don't break partway through.
Every IP is quality-checked against multi-source reputation data before traffic flows.
All of it confirmed against live traffic.
