Set 9 & 10: cooldown- 65 lb

2. BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT
15 lb dumbbell each hand
10 reps each leg x 3 sets

3. SINGLE LEG RDL- bosu ball
15 lb dumbbell one hand
10 reps each leg x 3 sets

If you’re still up for it; finish off with cardio and abs😋

One of my favourite renditions of tiramisu is MANGO 🥭 it’s really easy to make too

You’ll need:
-mascarpone
-powdered sugar
-vanilla
-whipped cream
-mango juice
-lady fingers

Roughly chopped white onion
Ginger
Potatoes
Hot peppers
2 cups soaked red lentil
Turmeric, paprika, cumin, pepper
3 chicken bouillon cubes
5 cups water
vermicelli noodles
Top with crunchy onion, lemon juice & crisp pita bread

CHICKEN EGGROLL 🍗🌯
Fried some, baked some. They’re super versatile and macro friendly (depending which route you take 🙂)

210g shredded carrots
Soak bean thread noodle in hot water
280g diced white onion
80g green onion
30g minced garlic
300g cabbage/ coleslaw
Strain noodle, remove all water
3 tsp ginger paste
40g fish sauce
5g sesame oil
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp Tom you paste
4 tbsp white sugar
Handful chopped parsley
Cut up bean noodle & add to mixture
1 kg ground chicken
1 chicken bouillon cube (optional)

SOUP SEASON 🥣
This means we bring out my favourite heart, yet light soup.. LENTIL (and carrot)

Pretty easy to:
-onion
-washed and drained red lentil
-carrots
-water (or stock for more flavour)
-angel hair (optional)

-Then we get to the meats, I used turkey, chicken, Bologna, salami, prosciutto, pepperoni
-your fave cheeses; I used provolone & cheddar
The best part: coleslaww!
