Not only has this filled my work calendar (#grateful), but it's also driven me to regularly learn even more about ancestral and quantum wellness.

Sober cheers to a re-energizing staycation!
Got super techy while finally adding the finishing touches to my Root Causes course content for health coaches 🤓…because getting caught up on this unfinished mega and vital project has helped me feel so much more at ease.
Then balanced it out daily by intentionally demolishing any inkling of productivity with Assassins Creed Mirage on XBOX and drinking a bottle of PINK non-alcoholic “Champagne.” NO RAGRETS.
But of course, my body still had to remind me who’s boss - hello persisting #fatigue and milder histamine issues 👋 (currently going down the biohacking rabbit hole of how it’s playing matchmaker with my methylation AND hormones…will let you know what I find out so you can add it to your toolkit if needed, hun).
Also spent quality time with my Hunni and friends and loved ones because, you know, life/chronic illness balance is a thing I really want to practice better instead of shutting myself in all the time. (introverted + agoraphobic problems)

What Is Mitochondrial Overspin? -Hunter Williams
Your mitochondria produce energy by spinning electrons through the electron transport chain. This is how your body creates ATP (energy) and keeps you running at full speed.
But when you overstimulate your mitochondria with too many peptides, stimulants, or aggressive biohacking tactics, things can go sideways fast:
Excess ATP production → Metabolic stress
High reactive oxygen species (ROS) → Cellular damage
NAD+ depletion → Chronic fatigue & burnout
Calcium overload → Increased cell death & inflammation
In short: Too much mitochondrial activation = long-term dysfunction.
Think of it like exhaust from your car.
Having a car is great, but if too many cars are driving around, they create smog, which can choke everyone to death.
The 5 Biggest Mitochondrial Mistakes People Make
If you’re using mitochondrial stimulants like SLU-PP-332, SS-31, MOTS-C, and/or methylene blue, here are the most common mistakes you to avoid:
1. Going too hard on stimulants – If you’re stacking multiple mitochondrial activators at high doses, you’re asking for trouble in the long run.
2. Ignoring oxidative stress – High-functioning mitochondria create more ROS, which leads to inflammation, cellular damage, and premature aging.
3. Depleting NAD+ too fast – If your body burns through NAD+ faster than it can replenish, you’ll crash HARD.
4. Not cycling stimulants – Using mitochondrial activators year-round without a break wrecks your metabolic flexibility.
5. Neglecting mitochondrial uncouplers – Uncouplers act as a safety valve, preventing ATP overload and reducing ROS damage.
How to Fix Mitochondrial Overspin (Without Losing the Benefits of Mitochondrial Stimulants)
Step 1: Cycle Your Stimulants
Don’t blast SLU-PP-332, SS-31, and MOTS-C all at once and expect to thrive. A more thoughtful approach is:
5 days on, 2 days off
4-week cycles, followed by an off-phase
Rotate different mitochondrial peptides instead of taking them all at once
Step 2: Replenish NAD+ & Antioxidants
If you’re stimulating mitochondria, you burn through NAD+ and antioxidants like crazy. You MUST replenish them.
