"Today, I’m diving into a question I recently received today in my question box—actually, not once, but twice within an hour (clearly, this one’s been on a lot of your minds):

'What is the dosage for BPC-157/TB-500 that is already combined in the same bottle?'

This continues to be one of the most popular questions among newer users of peptides.

Let’s break it down step by step so you feel 100% confident using this excellent peptide blend.

First, What’s in the Bottle?
When you buy a BPC-157/TB-500 blend, it’s typically a 5mg/5mg mix. This means the bottle contains:

• 5mg of BPC-157 (a peptide that promotes gut health, tissue repair, and reduced inflammation)

• 5mg of TB-500 (a peptide that improves blood flow, speeds up healing, and reduces scar tissue).

Combined, that’s 10mg total of peptides in a single vial. The blend is perfectly balanced, so for every 1mg of total peptide you use, you get 0.5mg of BPC-157 and 0.5mg of TB-500.

Reconstituting the Blend
Now, let’s get this ready for use. You’ll want to:

Per my ADHD recollection, I took zero (0) vaca time last year. 🚫🧳

Not only has this filled my work calendar (#grateful), but it's also driven me to regularly learn even more about ancestral and quantum wellness.

Sober cheers to a re-energizing staycation!

Got super techy while finally adding the finishing touches to my Root Causes course content for health coaches 🤓…because getting caught up on this unfinished mega and vital project has helped me feel so much more at ease.

Then balanced it out daily by intentionally demolishing any inkling of productivity with Assassins Creed Mirage on XBOX and drinking a bottle of PINK non-alcoholic “Champagne.” NO RAGRETS.

But of course, my body still had to remind me who’s boss - hello persisting #fatigue and milder histamine issues 👋 (currently going down the biohacking rabbit hole of how it’s playing matchmaker with my methylation AND hormones…will let you know what I find out so you can add it to your toolkit if needed, hun).

Also spent quality time with my Hunni and friends and loved ones because, you know, life/chronic illness balance is a thing I really want to practice better instead of shutting myself in all the time. (introverted + agoraphobic problems)

I’m really happy to be back so I can nerd out with you again!! *muah muah*
