But thinking about it, maybe it shouldn’t be that surprising.
As consumers, we’re almost trained to throw things away at the slightest sign of expiration:
• Clothes get tossed with minor wear.
• Food is thrown out when it hits that magical “expiration date.”
• Medications and supplements are often discarded even if they’re still perfectly good.
The truth is, most of this “expiration anxiety” is just wasteful, and it’s costing us.
Now, let’s talk peptides.
Many people hesitate to make large peptide purchases because they worry about them “going bad.” But with the proper storage, peptides can actually last a lot longer than you might expect.
Here’s what you need to know:
Storage Basics
• Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides – which is how most peptides are sold – are actually pretty stable. If stored in a cool, dark place, they can remain potent in the fridge for at least 1-2 years without any issues.

Last year I was blessed with two additional amazing clients that I provide virtual assistance to. I now provide my content creation and services to 2 amazing doctors and 3 wonderful health coaches, all of whom are determined to help heal people in mind, body, and soul. 👧👩👩🦱👩🦳👨
Not only has this filled my work calendar (#grateful), but it's also driven me to regularly learn even more about ancestral and quantum wellness.
This shift has also challenged me to be better organized and to manage my time more efficiently, because I also balance my own primal wellness coaching here, along with my "side hustle" of wellness copywriting private label rights content that can be utilized by many other health coaches and holistic-focused physicians. 📚⚕️
This week I'm taking some time to recoup, but I will be back next week!
I chose to vacation from home so I can catch up on some home organizing, reading, time with loved ones, and to complete the final edits for my first fiction romance novel.

Sober cheers to a re-energizing staycation!
Got super techy while finally adding the finishing touches to my Root Causes course content for health coaches 🤓…because getting caught up on this unfinished mega and vital project has helped me feel so much more at ease.
Then balanced it out daily by intentionally demolishing any inkling of productivity with Assassins Creed Mirage on XBOX and drinking a bottle of PINK non-alcoholic “Champagne.” NO RAGRETS.
But of course, my body still had to remind me who’s boss - hello persisting #fatigue and milder histamine issues 👋 (currently going down the biohacking rabbit hole of how it’s playing matchmaker with my methylation AND hormones…will let you know what I find out so you can add it to your toolkit if needed, hun).
Also spent quality time with my Hunni and friends and loved ones because, you know, life/chronic illness balance is a thing I really want to practice better instead of shutting myself in all the time. (introverted + agoraphobic problems)
I’m really happy to be back so I can nerd out with you again!! *muah muah*
