Okay, honey - let's get real for a sec. Even if I'd found GLP-1 and other supportive peptides first, I still would have needed to do alllll the same root cause discovery work I've been doing for the past 9 years. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

We're talking candida, gut infections, low microbiome integrity, parasites, dental infections, thyroid hormone replacement, drainage pathways, viral infections, mitochondria, nervous system support, circadian rhythm, hydration & minerals, heavy metals, genetics & methylation - the whole shebang! 🀯 (I'm getting exhausted just remembering every little step I've taken!)

And you know what? I don't regret a single minute of it. Sure, it would have been nice to have those peptides as a little extra boost from the get-go. But diving deep into the root causes has been crucial for my healing journey.

Peptides are just another tool in my wellness toolkit, helping me tackle inflammation, blood sugar, pain relief, energy support, and more. And you better believe I'm stacking them on top of all the other root cause work I've done.

So if you're feeling like you've wasted your time or money trying to heal your root causes first, think again, my friend. That work was and is ESSENTIAL, whether you decide to try peptides or not.

You can learn about some of the root cause factors I've worked on over the years here and find sources to help you do the same: primalsam.com/hashimotos-resources/

Let's normalize actually EATING while on GLP-1! 🍽

When I first started my journey with Tirzepatide, I found myself in Facebook groups focused on the standard MEGA dosing of GLP-1 prescriptions and eating in a severe calorie deficit.

Sadly, I saw so many people, mostly women, talking about how they could only manage 400-800 calories per day due to intense nausea and gut issues.

Many were constipated for days and taking upwards of 15mg of a common rx GLP-1 + GIP because their insurance MADE them titrate up in order to continue coverage…

Even though they were still not seeing results or only seeing very slow progress.

I've taken a different approach - one focused on micro-dosing, utilizing other supportive peptides, and sticking to an anti-inflammatory, high-protein primal diet.

This has allowed me to eat mindfully and trust the metabolic magic of GLP-1, rather than just relying on appetite suppression.

It's time to take our power back from the companies that prioritize profits over patient wellbeing.

Join me in normalizing a healthy, sustainable approach to GLP-1 therapy.

My channel of several years, with almost 200 videos, was removed from YouTube without notice by Google.

Despite appealing, I have fully lost access and was not given the opportunity to download my videos before they were taken down.

It's clear to see that talking about alternative ways to fix metabolism and helping others achieve better health seems to have taken money away from Big Pharma.

They literally said my content was dangerous.

It's my fault for trusting my content wouldn't ever be deleted, and for postponing backups just in case (thanks ADHD, OCD, chronic illness, and a busy schedule).

But the reality is, the videos are GONE. Forever.

I received this news just hours before my brother's major surgery yesterday. I had to compartmentalize the grief of losing all my hard work on YouTube and never being able to access it again.

My channel included not just videos of me discussing peptides (despite cautiously mentioning they are not for human use where applicable) – but family videos of cooking with my late father, thyroid education training videos, car camping build videos and my wins when I started feeling better after my dental surgery.

All. Effing. GONE.

This has left me with a ton of cleanup to do as well on my website and newsletter where videos are hosted, and that will just have to be a slow and steady process because I am completely overwhelmed right now with the thought of it PLUS everything going on with my "baby" bro.

While it’s devastating, and I'm not welcome to start another channel on YouTube, this isn’t the end of educating women how to take back their power.

I’m more determined than ever to rebuild and continue sharing the knowledge that can help others transform their health and reclaim their lives. 🌟

Thank you for joining me here in this UNCENSORED, zero Big Tech, Telegram channel. I would be forever grateful if you could help us grow and share the message of wellness with a friend today, and share our channel with them.

How to RECONSTITUTE Research Peptides
SNAP-8, a well-known peptide in the skincare industry, has gained significant recognition for its role in anti-aging formulations.

As a synthetic peptide, SNAP-8 is a fragment derived from the original Botulinum Toxin substrate, offering a non-invasive alternative to Botox for reducing expression lines and wrinkles.

The peptide's ability to target the neuromuscular connections involved in facial expressions makes it an ideal ingredient in topical treatments aimed at smoothing fine lines and enhancing overall skin texture.

Reduction of Wrinkle Depth: The primary benefit of SNAP-8 is its ability to reduce the depth of facial wrinkles, particularly those caused by repeated expressions, such as frowning, smiling, or squinting. Studies have shown that regular application of SNAP-8 can lead to a significant reduction in wrinkle depth, improving the overall appearance of the skin.

In clinical studies, participants who used products containing SNAP-8 reported noticeable improvements in skin smoothness and a reduction in the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. These results are attributed to the peptide’s ability to relax facial muscles, which, over time, minimizes the formation of new wrinkles and softens existing ones.

Should those of us who fought the good fight "naturally" but didn't see weight loss results get the same ~badge of honor~ as the "natural" success stories? You bet your sweet tushy we should!

After ~3 long ass years of battling it out with "societally approved" methods, watching my weight and inflammation skyrocket and my lab results nosedive, I said "enough!" and turned to the magic of peptides and GLP-1. πŸ’‰

News flash: We've ALL done it the "hard way."

Some of us just had a metabolism that decided to go on an extended vacation. πŸ–

So listen up, whether you conquered the scale through HIIT or embraced the help of science, I'm handing out badges today. EVERYBODY GETS A DAMN BADGE! πŸŽ–πŸŽ–πŸŽ–

Remember, a busted metabolism isn't a moral failing - it's just a puzzle that sometimes needs extra pieces to solve. No matter which hard road you took, you're a champion in my book.

Now strut your stuff and wear that badge with pride, darling! πŸ’ƒ

On that GLP-1 bus for weight loss? Cool cool. But did your doc tell you about these other metabolism-boosting tricks? Probably not. πŸ™ƒ Let’s get into it:

1. Protein: Don’t go ham. Stick to about 1.5g per kg of body weight, ladies. Too much and you might as well be eating a sugar cube. Overconsumption of protein can lead to increased gluconeogenesis, where the body converts excess amino acids into glucose, potentially impacting fat burning.

2. Sun-gazing (kinda): Get those eyeballs some sunrise and sunset action. Red light = happy hormones = happy weight. Science! πŸŒ…πŸ‘€ Just don’t stare directly at the sun, hun.

3. Chill on the workouts: Your adrenals don’t need more stress in this modern world full of stressors. Mix it up with some gentle pilates, strength training, and walks. Bonus points for sunset strolls! πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸŒ‡

Remember, I’m not a doctor. Chat with your functional practitioner before trying anything new.

πŸ€” "But will you be on peptides... FOREVER?"

Let's get real about long-term wellness solutions. Before starting my peptide journey for weight loss and taming my angry thyroid, I had to make peace with something: this might be a long-term thing. And you know what? I'm totally cool with that.

Think about it - we don't question needing these things forever:
β€’ Water (kind of important πŸ’¦)
β€’ Vitamins & minerals (hello, modern soil quality 🌱)
β€’ Human connection (yes, even for us introverts πŸ˜…)
β€’ Self-care (because #boundaries)

Plus, many of us are already taking daily meds for thyroid/BP/pain/diabetes. (Thyroid meds myself included for my Hashimoto's "bestie" πŸ™„)

Plot twist: What if peptides could actually help reduce or eliminate some of those other medications? (with doctor's blessing, obviously)

Here's the bigger question: if a tiny poke every few days means I feel amazing and confident, my blood sugar is controlled, I have more mental clarity and energy, and my inflammation stays in check...

Why wouldn't I want that forever?

Sometimes the best things in life are worth a little stick and prick, imo. πŸ’‰βœ¨

What are your thoughts on taking a supplement, medication, or peptide long-term?

My RS will be starting BPC-157 this morning (once the vial is done reconstituting πŸ˜‰) and I look forward to sharing my findings with you here!

RS has intense flare-ups of chondromalacia patella (aka "theater knees"), and occasionally the pain is so intense that RS has major difficulty with stairs.

BPC-157 is for researchers looking for support with and potential regeneration of tissues, tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. It may also support the gut and gastrointestinal system.

It is anti-inflammatory and commonly utilized for subjects with chronic pain.
