A couple date night selfies from yesterday! If someone had told me earlier this year that I'd be wearing a bodycon-type dress this fall - AND feeling confident in it - I wouldn't have believed it. So grateful for these little proteins, and for so many more reasons than weight loss, but last night I felt the sexiest and most confident I had in a long time!

My RS is going to be testing this alternate version of the stack that comes highly recommended by two of the top peptide experts, Jay Campbell and Hunter Williams. Their suggestion looks like this:

Though this stack doesn’t work personally for my research subject for a few reasons, and I’m dropping that info below…
It’s important to customize stacks to suit our subject’s needs, budget, and sensitivities.
For example, here are my own subject’s reasons:
1) Alternating Tirz and Reta (instead of just using Reta, since RS has a successful duo in in those currently) - for weight loss, fat burning, inflammation crushing, and blood sugar control
2) Using MOTS-c in place of SS-31 (since it also boosts mitochondria, and I have MOTS-c on hand already) - for metabolism boosting, cellular support, and fat burning
3) Using a blend of Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin in place of just Tesa (again, I have these on hand, and I already know my RS’s tolerance levels for this duo) - the blend can help to minimize increased appetite from these GHRPs (they boost growth hormone) and crush belly fat
4) Skipping Tesofensine (I’ve not yet researched it, and RS recently did not have success with an unrelated dopaminergic medication - not ready to F around and find out just yet LOL) - an appetite suppressant
Here’s what my RS’s stack will be looking like for 4 weeks for this Fat Loss Stack cycle:
Mon: Reta, MOTS-c, Tesa/Ipa

I’d not been able to squeeze into these go-to pants for about 3 years….no matter what I tried…until this weekend.

These Russian-inspired flatbreads are grain-free but still bubble up beautifully with those authentic brown spots in a cast iron pan. 💕

Whisk together:
2 eggs
