Just received my lab results from Paloma Health's at-home thyroid test kit. Some encouraging news to share!
My TPO antibodies have dropped 69 points since May, right before I started GLP-1 therapy. While still elevated, this is a positive trend! My RT3 levels have also decreased, which is another win.
It seems the GLP-1 therapy might be supporting my anti-inflammatory efforts. As we know, inflammation can contribute to high antibodies and RT3 levels in Hashimoto's. This n=1 experiment has me optimistic about peptides as complementary thyroid support.
