Adding Reta to Tirz broke a 3-week weight stall - WITHOUT GUT SIDE EFFECTS.
The reason I'm so passionate about this peptide is because I see so many researchers struggling by constantly increasing their dose of Tirz in an effort to get past wieght stalls or simply because they are following the conventional/standard Tirz dosing schedule.
Sadly for many, this also increases their side effects like nausea, cramping, constipation, inability to eat, and risk of the dreaded gastroparesis.
A potential remedy for this conundrum is what many a researcher have reported: Stacking Tirz with Reta for faster/resumed weight loss and fat loss support.
Official trial studies for Reta show that participants had similar or better results as Tirz, but with less risk of side effects because it is effective at a lower dose.
My research subject maxed out at 2.5 Tirz with no GI side effects - going up to 3.0 and 3.5 gave RS many of the gut issues people warn you about!!
But RS was at a weight stall with Tirz alone, so we added 1 mg Reta weekly. Guess what? My RS's weight started dropping again!
The benefit lasted for several weeks at this dose.
Now I feel RS needs to increase by possibly 0.5 or 1 mg to get the scale moving again.
Micro-dosing the two peptides may prove beneficial for researchers who wish to remain on Tirz but not go up in its dose due to potential GI side effects.
