Currently my RS is using a blend of Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin to reduce belly/visceral fat and burn general fat.
 
These two GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptides) also helped her, alongside Retatrutide, break a 2-week weight stall she had in July!
 
My RS micro doses them since the full recommended dose was too strong for her, and according to my research, many peptide researchers agree that the standard dosing is too much and can lead to side effects like insomnia.
 
But when used at a dose that is personally tolerable, these GHRP can actually lead to better sleep (my RS is raising her hand here) and many other benefits!
