📚 As Unit 5 covers places, spaces, design, and the environment, Grade 5 was tasked with coming up with a detailed floor plan of their apartments and houses.
For some, remembering where everything was proved harder than they had imagined — for others, recalling the names of the rooms and major pieces of furniture in them became their main focus. It was interesting to observe what students chose to hone in on as they completed their floor plans. As students submitted them for corrections and a mark, they gave me a little tour.
