When I was a preteen and my mom was away for work, she gifted me the Italian version of this book.
It helped me so much to find more confidence and accept that my body was fine the way it was and I was simply growing.
I regifted my book to my lil sister when the time came, and then, years later, I decided to buy the English edition for myself cause it was so important to me.

I will share some of my fav pieces with you later, but this post is a shout out to Kaz Cooke for helping me and hopefully other little children in being less self conscious.
