You're living in a world that hates you, and is taking every step and every turn to spit on you and keep you down.
And you're living anyway. Just like queers have been doing forever. In the best way they can, without refusing to do the best things for your life and your situation.
And it's not easy. And we shouldn't have to. But you're doing it. Every single day, you're doing it. That's a heavy boot pressing on us, but it hasn't killed you yet, and you're not letting it.
Maybe you're fighting it, to make things better for every queer person. Maybe all you can do is take care of you. But when its chief goal is to take away all our lives, keeping yours and growing it is a way to beat them every day.
