Reminder to self: you don't get to choose which ones of your symptoms are okay to have and manage and which ones are just lame and wrong. A disorder is not something you get to pick and neither are the ways it manifests. You need to have the same amount of grace and understanding with things you find uncomfortable as you have for things you find understandable
