1. Article 15(4): Allows the state to make special provisions for the advancement of any socially and educationally backward classes of citizens or for Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs).
2. Article 15(5): Empowers the state to make provisions for the reservation of seats for backward classes, SCs, and STs in educational institutions.
3. Article 16(4): Allows the state to make provisions for the reservation of appointments or posts in favor of any backward class of citizens that is not adequately represented in state services.

3. It converts cattle dung, agricultural residue, and organic waste into biogas, compressed biogas (CBG), and organic manure to promote village cleanliness, a circular economy, and rural income.
6. Taxation bill passed in the Lok Sabha

—> It modifies three parental statutes—the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, the Income-tax Act, 2025, and the Finance Act, 2026.
