1. Makikita ba ng ibang nasa Class ang works?
- Absolutely not. Very unlikely to happen. Unless a user made a mistake. Another user’s work will not be visible to the other user and to me as well. Private ang mga ‘yan unless may pagkakamali ka.

2. Full Warranty?
- no, warranty days are stated on the rules.

3. How do this Canva Educ works?
- Same as the regular Canva. But you have to use the Class Profile na instead of using your personal / first profile to access the pro features.

4. (For Lifetime) Lifetime ba talaga?
- Account validity is lifetime. However subscription validity is not guaranteed to last a lifetime.

5. I can’t find my old works?
- Old works from your previous profile will not sync automatically. You will have to manually import them.

6. Do you have a Canva Pro where Background Remover is available?
- Yes, we do. Hindi s’ya continuous subscription. Pero if you’re looking for a Canva Pro na may BGR, this is the one for you.

7. Nagrrenew po kayo?
- Yes. Although, may specific na profile ng gagamitin sa account para ma access ang pro features. Hindi na po gagamitin ang old profile. Since via invite lang din naman po ang renew. Hindi directly sa mismong account.

CANVA PRO REPLACEMENT
to transfer designs on canva to new account

- Log in to the account with your needed designs.
- Open the design and click the 3 dots.
- Select share (with head icon) you will see the (share a link - copy link ) below, click copy link. after you copy the link, paste it on the account that you want to share the design.

- after you paste it, you will see the design that you want to transfer. To save the design on your account click the 3 dots, and click make a copy. Go back to your canva homepage and check if the design is already transfered.
Note: if you dont click the make a copy, the design will not appear not on your canva account.
- Repeat steps for all relevant designs.

For everyone who is concerned with their playlists if their Spotify account is replaced with a new one because it can't be renewed due to the new update of Spotify.

Option #1:
- On your old account, make your playlists public. (So that it will be shown on your profile)
- Copy your spotify profile link and take note.
- Using your new account, open your profile link and save your public playlists.

Option #2:
- Copy the links of your playlists from your old profile and take note.
- On your new account, open the copied links and save it on your new spotify account.

ZOOM PRO REMINDERS

•Email Invitation•
I will only allow changing of email invited once, ONLY if invitation is not yet accepted. So double check the spelling, and make sure you will give me the right email to invite. I won't allow change of invitation if the email is already in my user management.

•Cloud Recording Storage•
Video recording uses about 200MB of storage per hour, and screen sharing recording uses about 20MB of storage per hour. If possible, use a wired internet connection when recording. 1gb storage is estimated 3-5hours meeting.

•Disabled Email/Headplan•
Reasons: 
1. Exceeded cloud recording. Each email invited has only 1gb cloud storage, remind your buyers to download the recorded meeting then delete it immediately.
2. Headplan is detected as fraudulent act. This is normal. Credit card used in making headplans can also be hold. NOTHING IN BLACKMARKET IS STABLE.
3. Headplan is stolen. Yes, culprit can also steal zoom headplans, so make sure to cover every email upon making vouches.

Reasons above are the same reason I DO NOT INVITE edu.ph / gov.ph and other personal gmails, for these are work/univ emails. Once disabled, I cannot fix the same edu/gov email. I WILL ONLY ASK FOR A NEW EMAIL.

•Reporting and Fixing•
- ALWAYS attach screenshot of mail invitation on you report form.
- ALWAYS complete the report form especially if email is disabled, provide a new one.
- NEVER rush your report. I can only fix reports if I have onhand headplans.
- EXPECT 1-3 days fixing time. I always recommend refund if your report is rush.
