💱Feinixx Exchange Terms of Service


1. Services and Fees

• Crypto-to-Crypto Exchanges: Crypto-to-crypto exchanges are available at a 3% fee, with a minimum of $4.
• Buy For You Service: This service is offered at a 15% fee, with a minimum of $10.
• All fees, including any transaction or shipping fees, are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

2. Right to Refuse Service

Feinixx Exchange reserves the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, named or unnamed.

3. Transaction Confirmation

All transactions will require a minimum of three network confirmations before any funds are released.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses, transaction details and shipping addresses. Feinixx Exchange is not liable for any customer errors, and refunds will not be provided if no mistake was made by us.

5. Proof of Transaction

Customers must provide a transaction ID (TXID) after sending funds. If a TXID is not provided, Feinixx Exchange reserves the right to withhold funds until confirmation is received.

6. Limitations of Liability

Feinixx Exchange is not responsible for:

• Incorrect details provided by the customer.
• Network delays or issues beyond our control.
• Any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value during transactions.

1. Service and Fees

• Middleman Service Fee: The fee for middleman services is 5%, with a minimum of $6 per transaction.
• All fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Feinixx reserves the right to refuse middleman services at any time, for any reason, at our discretion.

3. Transaction Handling

As a middleman, Feinixx will hold funds until both parties confirm that the terms of their transaction have been fulfilled. Once confirmation is received, funds will be released.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for the transaction. Feinixx is not liable for any errors made by the customer, and no refunds will be given if no error was made by Feinixx.

5. Limitations of Liability

Feinixx is not responsible for:

• Incorrect information provided by either party.
• Any delays due to network or platform issues beyond our control.
