The tagline that #PowerPool often uses to introduce #PowerAgent is that ‘smart contracts do not execute themselves’.

Task #automation includes specifying all the conditions that determine whether/when something should happen.

ZK-proofing and off-chain computations is critically important for the future of Keeper networks because many protocols have some -tasks based on- off-chain conditions to be correctly automated, and correctly executed.

Introducing the Game-Changing Liquidation Protection Template Prototype for #PowerAgentv2!

We've just launched the Liquidation Protection Template for #PowerAgent, a major leap forward in safeguarding #DeFi strategies against #liquidation risks.

What's at stake? In #DeFi, using #lending markets is popular but comes with the risk of #liquidation if your #collateral value drops too sharply. Our new template helps manage this risk smartly and automatically with #PowerAgentv2.

Here’s how it works: Suppose you’ve borrowed funds with #ETH as #collateral. If $ETH's price drops close to a critical point, our #PowerAgentv2 can step in to adjust your collateral/#debt ratio by automatically repaying part of your debt, avoiding costly #liquidations.

The heart of this system is the #Liquidation Protection #Contract, currently aligned with #AAVE protocols but adaptable for any #lending service. It monitors and adjusts your health factor between set bounds to keep your assets safe.

Main features:
- Initialize with your chosen assets.
- Automatically deposit or adjust debt to maintain your desired health factor.
- Utilize #AAVE's #oracles and pools for real-time data and actions.

The real magic happens with our #PowerAgentv2 Keepers. If the designated #Keeper fails to execute the required action, another Keeper takes over, ensuring your position is always protected.

The balancing act is handled by a specialized function within the contract that checks your position's health factor. If it’s out of the desired range, the #contract adjusts by either repaying or increasing #debt.

The Resolver plays a crucial role by checking the health factor each #block and triggering the #balance function if necessary. This ensures continuous protection without manual intervention.

For emergency scenarios, the #contract includes an emergencyExit function, allowing users to withdraw their #funds if they get stuck unexpectedly.

With this new template, #PowerAgentv2 users can now manage their leveraged positions more confidently, knowing they have an automated system to maintain stability and prevent losses due to sudden #market shifts.

This prototype contract can be used separately or as a more generalized health-factor-keeping component for strategies of various complexity thanks to #PowerAgentv2!

This is just the beginning! We're working to expand this template for more complex #strategies and broader use cases across different platforms and assets with the #PowerAgentv2!
