Does AOSP ROMs have weaker signal compared to stock ROMs (i.e MIU/HyperOS)?

Because I see the difference. My sister, brother's phones signal is stronger than mine.

Update:

Since last night or maybe the day before, my phone had been restarting by itself every 5 to 10 minutes. This even affected my alarm and waking up. Today I plugged it in to charge and as soon as I picked it up, it restarted again. Then I decided to disable the modules I was using, and the problem was resolved. I do not know exactly which module was causing the issue, but here is the list of modules.

As for the WiFi, the teams came today to check it. They said that there is both an infrastructure problem and that the fiber cable was affected by the snowfall, so they said the WiFi will be fixed within 1 to 15 days, possibly tomorrow.
