#canadayear - week 11
Another week at this farm. A lot of fun with all the young children around, and pushing cows or goats around.
I shall try to get back to my every day split up next week, but not today. So another list of stuff we did it is: we removed all the tomato plants from their fences, removed hay from the pens, planted cauliflowers and onions, peeled corn.
Other regular tasks include getting mash and cleaning their boxes.
On Wednesday, Luca and Mike went uptown to get mash (and a trouser for luca). Arriving at the brewery, Luca managed to lock him and Mike out of Mikes Truck, which means that the rest of us jumped into the Van and drove to them with a spare key. The look on Lucas face was priceless, never seen someone so embarrassed :D

Saturday: We had a pretty nice and relaxed day, nothing special, until the evening, where Mike dropped us off at the local Oktoberfest, which was kinda fun to be. The band called themself doctors of rock'n'roll :D
Sunday: We were alone the day more or less, because Xander had a hockey game and shannon went with jackson to get taelyn from her weekend camp. This was very good, so we could sleep :D We also fixed some holes in the barn so the rats cant get in any more.
Monday: Raining for three days now, we and the animals try to somehow avoid it. Luca got his snowboard and is very happy about it.
Tuesday: More rain. Not doing shit in rain :(
Wednesday: We removed fences, where squash and tomatoes were.
Thursday: New mash comes, which was a good timing. I helped in the kitchen. Later that day we cleaned one of the chicken area and got the dogs back in which escaped. That was... fun...
Friday: Eric arrived, a new woofer. I will go someday next week, so that comed closer. We made a big clean of the milking room in the barn, so that was fun. And we went to the brewery where we get the mash from. They opened today for the first time and we took some beer with us \o/
