I was having a horrible day, everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong……..but then one story from a man got me really humbled all the noises in my head went silent.

So basically I had to talk to a high school director……I went there and students were trying to get their diploma signed and stuff so I had to sit and wait with this man who was there before me. After the students left the man started talking to the director about his daughter who got an ‘incomplete’ transcript even though she had enough medical evidence and other supporting documents. They went back and forth with how the school missed this and he was being told who to talk to and you know he was getting all those “you should’ve done this or that” ……….then it happened, the man broke down he started shaking he couldn’t even speak properly…….I saw him go from a normal person that you would assume ‘he is probably doing just fine’ to a person whose soul has been crushed.

What happened is his daughter did’t take the exams after the second semester and when she found out that she didn’t pass like her friends she ran away from home, okay you might be wondering that’s ‘overreacting’ right?....... here comes the sad part she wasn’t able to take the exam because she was SAed and 🍇ed, she was mentally scared, she forgot how to live and be herself.

Her dad said “Idk where she is right now, I wish I never had a daughter than seeing her like this” at this point I was crying with him.

The question was truly never about “I’d choose the bear over the man” or being a feminist was trendy or hating men makes you a girl’s girl…….it’s just that we need a SAFE SPACE!! nothing more nothing less.

You never truly know what a person is going through, we hear stories here and there and it never genuinely sinks in, we fail to process what lies beyong what we are told. for us it’s just a story that we just feel sad about and go on with our lives but more than 1 person’s course of life and everything in between is changed after that moment.

Made some questionable decisions now I’m interning in different departments in tele🫠

Based on true story

So you know how people say ‘I never used math after high school” that’s bs 😭 cuz why does by brain turn anything into a formula or function. Even tho I’ve million things to work on I decided to calculate how many stitches it takes to make a hat with 4 threads and the answer is 20334 individual stitches but let’s do +/- 300-1000 stitches for uncertainty and different sizes. 1 stitch takes about 3-5 seconds so in total it takes about 17-28 hours in total. Respect to those who do this as a job 🫡
