This process is currently underway and may take several hours to complete. Our technical teams are working continuously to migrate, optimize, and deploy the upgraded systems as quickly and safely as possible.

We have now completed all required migration and infrastructure work successfully.
All systems are back online internally and operating normally. However, we are currently waiting for the DNS and Name Server (NS) changes to fully propagate worldwide.
We are expecting to be operating at 100% capacity from tomorrow during the day onwards again.
As part of the infrastructure migration, DNS servers and Name Server records were also changed. Unfortunately, DNS/NS propagation is not fully under our control and can take up to 24 hours depending on providers, ISPs, and regional cache refresh times.
Until the DNS and NS propagation is completed, some users may still not be able to access the platform even though the systems themselves are already online and operational.
We have already reached out to the relevant providers and partners to accelerate the process as much as possible.
