β At least 1-2 years experience as a salesperson (experience in real estate is a plus)
β Have a good geographical understanding and ability to sell more than one project at the same time
β Be able to generate high sales performance
β Able to produce creative contents and deliver it to the public
β Confident to talk in front of the camera
β Acquire both marketing and sales skills
