SHIPPED: Limit alerts to topics

Trigger /settopic in a specific topic (of a topics-based group chat) to limit PP messages to that topic only

Updated /positions based on your feedback:
- Hide, collapse, and expand holdings with 1 click
- Holdings now show CA, avg. entry, and price
- Second row buttons let you trade top 3 holdings faster

Hey everyone! We pushed an update for price alerts but had a bug where we accidentally sent several old alerts all at once. Apologies about that but it should be fixed now!

⚠️ IMPT: There is a Telegram account exploit going around that seeks to take over your account by asking for your 2FA code, masquerading as a “tap to verify” step in “safeguard” gated chats. ⚠️

Protect yourself:
1. Set up Telegram account 2FA code and password
2. DO NOT give your Telegram account 2FA code or password to anyone. We will never ask you for your Telegram 2FA code or password
3. Honest “Tap to verify” apps should NEVER ask you for your Telegram 2FA.
4. Reminder: Do not give an app-specific 2FA code to another app

For added safety, we will be adding further security to PP Bot accounts, stay tuned. In the meantime, be careful out there!

UPDATE: withdrawals and private key exports are now protected by a pin. Please set up your pin by going to /othersettings and pressing "Withdraw" to increase security on your account.
