As part of this maintenance window, we are making a breaking change to the batch APIs. For batch create and cancel requests, response arrays will now preserve request order and length.

Cancel responses now include IDs:
- DELETE /v1/trade/orders: [{ status, oid?, error? }]
- DELETE /v1/trade/orders-coid: [{ status, oid?, coid?, error? }]
- WS cancel responses use the same array shape under data.

status is still ok or err; error is present on failures. Cancel-by-COID now echoes coid when available.

Action: MMs using strict/generated clients for cancel responses should update their schemas. Clients that loosely parse status`/`error should continue to work, but can now use oid`/`coid and array index for reliable correlation.
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Friday, 12 June from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM UTC. Trading functionality will be temporarily unavailable during this time.
