No breaking changes to order placement, authentication, or market data
This release makes a cancel that races its own order's acceptance succeed instead of returning `order_in_flight`, and switches cancel and account routes to a retryable `503 service_unavailable` (instead of `500`) when the engine times out. A more aggressive reduce-only order now displaces your own less aggressive resting reduce-only orders on the same side (`reduce_only_expired`), and isolated-margin accounts get a stricter margin check when a ladder of orders could flip a position. The market-maker REST host's connection ceilings are doubled, and `fee_tier` is added as a required field on the portfolio response. Account groups (cross-account self-trade prevention, trading-key transfers, shared leverage defaults) are available on request. Market-maker websocket connections will drop once as the gateway rolls.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, September 22, from 08:00 – 09:00 UTC. Trading may be temporarily unavailable during this time.
This release margins position-reversing orders at their worst executable price, so some flips previously admitted may now return insufficient_margin. Candle and volume strings on public reads are now correctly rounded (numeric values unchanged), and daily reward rows appear automatically after 12:05 UTC. Market-maker websocket connections will drop once as the gateway rolls.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Sunday, September 27, from 9:00 – 10:00 AM ET (13:00 – 14:00 UTC). Trading may be temporarily unavailable during this time.
This release adds three required fields to every fill (builder_fee, total_fee, settlement) - strict decoders must accept them before the deploy - and GET /v1/account/rewards now returns 400 for start_timestamp/end_timestamp. Please also accept two new order statuses (instrument_close_only, instrument_settled) and new instrument fields (close_only, settlement, display_symbol) that support instrument delisting; SBE consumers must accept schema 49. TWAP cancel/pause/list routes and position snapshots are new; TWAP entry, chase orders, GTD, partial TP/SL and builder attribution ship switched off. Market-maker websocket connections will drop once as the gateway rolls.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance today, Tuesday, October 13, from 08:00 – 09:00 UTC. Trading may be temporarily unavailable during this time; cancels keep working. Retail WebSocket connections will drop once - reconnect and resubscribe.
No breaking changes. No SBE schema, error-code, or authentication changes, and nothing needs to change in your client before the deploy. API changes are additive only (leaderboard sort_by=roi and instrument fields, new public /v1/info/curated-lists); one semantic change: created_timestamp on GET /v1/account/withdrawals is now the approval time rather than on-chain confirmation (same name, type and units).
