As one of the contributors for PMBOK 8, I spent a good amount of time advocating for a specific concept I felt really strongly about.
I had been scrolling through the digital version and actually thought it hadn't made the cut. But while flipping through the physical hard copy today, I finally found it sitting right there in the Appendix.
I am really happy that this visual made it. It gives some much-needed clarity on how PMBOK 8 builds on the foundations of PMBOK 7 while still respecting the process-heavy roots of PMBOK 6 (Read: Process Groups: A Practice Guide 😇).
It feels great to see a piece of my own input land in the final print.
