Unit Trust Consultant (UTC) once get found of this wrong doing, they might be suspension, clawback of commissions, pay back the losses of investors and disqualification from distributing the EPF-MIS Scheme or may also lead to termination.
All UTCs are expected to treat this matter seriously. Any existing pre-signed or pre-thumbprinted forms must be destroyed immediately to avoid potential violations.
