Telegram v3.11 source code has not been published yet

Plus Themes has been suspended and removed from Google Play as a policy strike because it violates the sexually explicit content policy by containing images with nudity.

All that content has been deleted from Plus Themes server and database has been updated accordingly. From now on themes violating that policy will not be published.

We have sent an appeal for reinstatement of the app and we should receive a response from google within 72 hours. In the meantime Plus Themes app can be downloaded from apkmirror 👇🏻

Good news!!
Google accepted my appeal and they have reinstated Plus Themes app.
It will be available again on Play Store in a few hours
