We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to be based in Pune, reporting to the Director / Business Head.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Fund Management (70%)
Funds planning, monitoring monthly & YTM budgets.
Responsible for MIS, budget vs. actual analysis, and banking operations.
Investment Portfolio
Support in framing investment policies and strategies.
Assist in portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance reporting.
Track market conditions, economic trends, and update management.
Accounting & Compliance
Preparation & finalization of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ledger scrutiny in Tally/ERP and monitoring contracts.
Statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, due diligence & compliance with IND AS / IGAAP.
Establish strong internal control systems.
Commercial, Taxation & Legal
Review & finalize commercial agreements.
Handle direct/indirect taxation, GST, TDS, advance tax, assessments, and returns.
Oversee statutory & secretarial compliances (audit, cost audit, filings).
Coordination with consultants for legal & compliance matters.
