Is it risky to feed sensitive material into AI?

Three common blind spots:
1. "I'm just formatting it." Polishing, translating, summarizing, all of it needs the full original text first.
2. "I masked the sensitive parts." Swapping in symbols doesn't erase what the surrounding context still reveals.
