🎓 Last week, we officially graduated Batch 5 of our startup acceleration program at Plug and Play Uzbekistan — celebrating an incredible journey with 14 startups that successfully completed the cohort.

The graduation ceremony took place at the stylish PLOV Lounge & Banquet Hall, blending Uzbek tradition and modern European energy — the perfect setting to mark this milestone.

The evening was all about connections, celebrations, and new beginnings — saying goodbye to Batch 5, welcoming the next cohort, and reflecting on how far these startups have come.

🎤 Muhammad Mahmudov, Director of Plug and Play Uzbekistan, together with Shakhzod Narzullaev from IT Park Ventures, presented the graduation certificates and congratulated the founders on completing the program.

🎤 Meet MoliyAI - one of our standout Plug and Play Batch 5 alumni.

When they joined the program, MoliyAI was already generating revenue yet needed a sharper strategy to scale. Throughout intense mentorship weeks, the team refined their pricing and defined their customer segment. They also sharpened their go-to-market approach, expanded into new regions, and strengthened their impact with key clients. These efforts led to MRR growth of 50% and reduced non-performing portfolios by 40% for strategic partners.

🏆On top of that, the team has achieved remarkable recognition: they took first place at the President Tech Award 2025, winning a $100K grant, and even met the President for their achievement. Earlier, they were nominated as Best Fintech Startup 2025, highlighting strong market validation for their solution.

💰 MoliyAI is building an AI-powered credit scoring systems for banks and financial institutions. What makes their space interesting: credit scoring in Uzbekistan is shifting. Banks are moving away from traditional verification, and MoliyAI is ahead of that curve. Their model is built around personalization where each client gets a solution tailored to their specific needs.

We can’t, of course, forget the people behind these achievements - Otabek Davronbekov and Bekhzod Aliev. What stands out most is their strong commitment and first-mover mindset, which they showed throughout the program. They brought energy and drive to every session.

🎤Meet Minora AI - our Batch 5 alumni.

When they joined the program, Minora AI was still at the MVP stage, experimenting with their product and market. Through the program, they pivoted twice, sharpened their focus on real user problems, and made a key strategic shift - moving from serving brands directly to working with agencies.

🏆 The growth has been remarkable. They scaled MRR by 30x, achieved consistent monthly growth, and grew their active user base 20x.

📃Through 1:1 mentorship and corporate connections, the team refined their go-to-market strategy, strengthened their financial modeling, and landed partnerships with major names like UnionPay International, Yandex Eats, Mobile Legends, and Yadea.

🗼Minora AI is building AI-powered solutions at the intersection of marketing and distribution, helping agencies optimize campaigns and reach the right audience more efficiently.
