Bot 创意：置底消息 Bot
Bot 进频道时发一条指定内容的消息，例如「这是本频道最后一条消息，下面如有消息则为广告。」
每当频道有新消息进入的时候，Bot 会把之前的「置底」消息删除，再发一条新的。
缺点是会污染消息通知和频道内容预览。
