Ppl who go out for a walk? Just how do you do it?
First, have an app that counts your steps. After that set a span for how far you want to walk. When you start walking put on both AirPods so you can listen to music or something. Personally like to open a long podcast or an audio book and listen to it.
I mostly use the AirPods to create the impression that I can't hear people, which prevents them from bothering me. I take the time to plan my life thinking about what I want to do and what I want to write. I contemplate on everything I can do to improve my life.
Walking helps battle feelings of laziness, and a lot more productive Once you start you'll feel a sense of accomplishment.
Just give it a try it really does make a difference.

Put on some jams, wear a mask if you have allergies and you'd like to avoid being recognized and just get going
