COMMUNITY SERVER CHANGES
Players are no longer able to access unowned DLC items through using certain commands.

GAMEPLAY
Players can no longer interact with objects behind Reinforced Windows.
Dynamic pricing of items in NPC Vending Machines no longer reset after a server restarts.

VISUAL
Looking through the soft side of the Shipping Container wall will no longer allow players to see certain objects.
