The 19th EU sanctions package prohibits crypto operations by Russian users and restricts foreign financial institutions that supported parallel settlement systems.

JUST IN: $ASTER surpasses $BTC in 24-hour perpetual volume on Hyperliquid.

JUST IN: The 24-hour DEX perpetual volume for $Aster on Hyperliquid has exceeded $700 million, which is over 2.75 times higher than on its own DEX, according to CoinMarketCap data.

JUST IN: A new whale wallet has acquired 1000 BTC in the past two days, with a total value slightly above $115M.

Onchain: A market decline prompted a major investor to deposit $15 million in $USDC into Hyperliquid to leverage investments in $BTC, $SOL, $HYPE, and $PUMP.

JUST IN: CZ stated that "dips are important for establishing support levels, which are like foundations of a house."

Fee scheduled updated to encourage limit orders & market making activity.
