I found a cool website that shows pictures from Geostationary satellites (satellites that remain above a spot on earth and do not move) and is updated every 5 minutes, maintained by the NOAA

This is a picture from from that site, taken 10 minutes ago above my home

The world feels very small on this site

This image contains where i have spent 99% of my life

If i were to drive right now from where i currently live, to the hospital where i was born, it would take 6 hours, and is about 300 miles

Yet that is only a line about 5th of the hight of this image

That red line would be the 6 hour trip
