今天中午吃了一顿还挺特别的午餐，感觉有点小小的享受。
At lunch today, I had something a little special, it felt like a nice little treat.
点了牛肉塔塔和虾，味道很新鲜，也很有层次感。
I had steak tartare and shrimps, the flavors were really fresh and nicely balanced.
这种搭配平时不太常吃，所以感觉还挺新鲜的。
It’s not something I usually have, so it felt kind of new and interesting.
一边吃一边慢慢享受，整个人都放松了不少。

The potatoes with the creamy mushroom sauce tasted smooth and full of flavor with every bite.

走进餐厅的时候，我点了一份简单又满足的午餐——一大碗热腾腾的薯条，还有几块金黄酥脆的炸鸡。
When I walked into the restaurant, I ordered a simple but satisfying lunch—a big bowl of hot fries and some crispy fried chicken.
薯条刚端上来还冒着热气，上面撒了一点芝士，闻起来特别香，旁边配着番茄酱和蛋黄酱，忍不住一根接一根地吃。
The fries came out steaming, topped with a bit of cheese and smelling amazing, with ketchup and mayo on the side—I couldn’t stop eating them one after another.
炸鸡外皮酥脆，里面却很嫩，蘸点酱油味的调料一起吃，味道更浓，一口下去特别满足。
The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside, and dipping it into the sauce made it even richer—every bite felt so satisfying.
坐在那里慢慢吃着，看着眼前的食物，整个人都放松下来，这样简单的一顿午餐，也让一天变得特别舒服。
Sitting there and eating slowly, just looking at the food in front of me made me feel relaxed—such a simple lunch somehow made the whole day feel better.

今天晚上想做点牛肉来吃，因为最近感觉需要补一补。
Tonight I felt like cooking some beef, I’ve been wanting something nourishing lately.
牛肉对身体很好，尤其是补血，所以就决定做这个。
Beef is really good for boosting blood health, so I thought it would be a good choice.
先把牛肉切好，再加上一些简单的调料腌一下。
I cut the beef into pieces and marinated it with some simple seasonings.
再准备一点葱蒜，让味道更香一点。
Then I added some garlic and green onions to bring out more flavor.
一边炒一边就已经闻到很香的味道了。
While stir-frying, the smell was already amazing.
其实做法很简单，但味道真的很好。
It’s actually very simple to make, but tastes really good.
最后一道牛肉炒好了，看起来就很有食欲。😁😁
