Pitron Technology Solutions’ Internal Management Meeting at Adulala Resort, Bishoftu concluded its first day with presentations from our technical teams, outlining their departmental workflows, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps.

Led by Mahlet Woldeselassie (ERP Team Lead), Samuel Yeshambel (FinTech Team Lead), Melakeselam Yitbarek (Custom Software Lead), Yeabsira Samuel (Junior Business Development & CTO Secretariat), and Nahom Mitku (DevOps & Infrastructure), the session showcased how each team will collaborate, execute, and deliver in the months ahead.

Their presentations reflected the technical expertise, innovation, and shared commitment that continue to drive Pitron forward.

Day two of Pitron Technology Solutions' Internal Management Meeting at Adulala Resort, Bishoftu opened with a comprehensive presentation by our Director of Finance, Muluken Sisay, on the role and strategic value of finance within the organization.

Muluken walked through the importance of a strong finance function, covering key areas including the revenue execution framework, liquidity management and interest cost reduction, alignment with other departments, operating expense control and profitability analysis, and financial performance insight to support management decision-making and employee bonus structures.

As part of our strategic partnership, we brought the Temenos team to Ethiopia to engage directly with SACCO leaders and representatives from the Ethiopian Cooperative Commission, creating a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
