◽️ Piteas, which started its introduction in May/June 2023 and was released in July, has reached this point with zero community and backers.
◽️ With approximately 1.7 million swaps, it is the protocol that generates the most transactions on the chain after PulseX, contributing significantly to PLS burning.
◽️ It is a locomotive in the chain with cumulative and total volume, directing volume to many AMMs, including PulseX.

After recent buyback operations, the Piteas treasury now holds an amount of $PTS close to 8% of the total supply (7.94m), with a value nearing $1M. Of this, ~92% was acquired through protocol revenue via market buybacks, while the remaining portion comes from sacrifice participation and other protocol economic activities. Piteas also have over 95% of the ~$2M TVL in liquidity across all AMMs.

Piteas will continue to act as the largest and most consistent buyer of PTS. The protocol's unique economic model has proven itself, making significant moves to retain governance control thus far. Simply put, Piteas provides users with savings and generates revenue based on those savings, which is then used for buybacks, liquidity provision, and protocol development.

Finally, we’d like to note that $PTS is currently trading at ~$0.128, significantly above its TGE price of ~$0.037.

The most critical part of Piteas v2 "the new pathfinder arch" is finally complete and ready to launch. ✅

Here’s a quick rundown of what we’ve changed in this update 👇
☑️ The most crucial point, the data processing workflow, has been upgraded to a new structure, and the data architecture has been rebuilt from the ground up. This has reduced errors by approximately 85%.
☑️The routing capability has been significantly improved.
☑️We’ve activated some related side protocols that we’re not ready to fully disclose yet—these will become the new driving force behind Piteas. We plan to take about 6 months to prepare them, and they will be a massive step forward for Pulsechain.

Alongside a bunch of minor updates, the buy menu on the app now features Rampnow’s powerful integration. That means buying PLS, HEX, PLSX, INC, and USDC just got a whole lot easier.

Huge shoutout to the HexScout team for their efforts — their push brought Rampnow into the mix, and we’ve made some serious progress in no time. Feels like just the beginning… what’s next might be even bigger.

Most of you probably didn’t even know that Piteas has a token. And that’s okay — we never really promoted it. We wanted it to be adopted organically by the community.

Over the last two years, our treasury, funded entirely by Piteas revenue, has bought back 11.3% of the total token supply from the open market. That’s a huge number. In fact, if you exclude the locked DAO wallet, the treasury now holds the largest share of tokens.

Some cute and user-friendly updates just dropped with the v2.1.0 package. Here’s a quick rundown 👇

🔆 Added the long-awaited thousand separator in the input amount field.
🚧 To fix the annoying "stuck tx" issue, there’s now a button in the account section. If you’ve got a pending tx, it’ll show up. And you can also speed up.
📃 The history section now runs on localstorage and lists different tx types like approve, swap, wrap, and cancelled.
💟 Swaps with PLS/PLSX/HEX/eHEX/INC as output now come with RH gifs at both confirmation and success stages for a little fun touch.

Next up: UI elements triggered by the pathfinder side. We’re not building crap, we’re building a product!

Piteas is heading toward a massive upgrade, routing capabilities will be completely rebuilt from scratch and execution will get some game-changing improvements. We’ll take a one-week break to mentally reset, then this process will fully kick off. The core parts of the development are already done, we’re planning to finalize it within a month and roll out the upgrade in June. This isn’t just minor improvements, it means the entire architecture is being redesigned.

Our official AI protocol will be fully activated. It’s been trained on the entire Pulsechain history and liquidity provider algorithms, and it has completed its base testing. This is exactly why we’re making this big move now.

Piteas Token $PTS

Piteas has a treasury, and that treasury is powered by protocol revenue. it manages liquidity, holds an insurance buffer, covers expenses, and handles PTS buybacks + burns. roughly 50% of protocol revenue is designed to be used to buy PTS from the market and move it into the external treasury. those bought-back tokens can be used for liquidity, rewards, or direct burns depending on what the protocol needs.

right now, total Piteas Token supply has dropped from 100M to 88.6M. that means 11.4M tokens have already been burned. on top of that, 9.2M is still sitting in the external treasury. so the total deflationary pressure is around 20.6M📉🔥
