took me 2 weeks but i got the first GSI (LOS) to boot, one step closer to achieving that goal i guess

recap: my (kind of) terrible experience buying used iphone 14 pros
jan 16th: bought a silver 14 pro for 16,5m vnd ($650) with 87% battery health, after less than half a day, i noticed black marks in the camera
jan 17th: i went to the shop and asked for a replacement, they let me check out a couple of units, 6 out of 7 phones also had black marks, i picked the only good one with 89% battery health in gold
jan 18th: i noticed weird battery drain and glass chipping on that 2nd replacement, so i took it back for another return, this time i was given a purple unit (ew) with some scuffs and 92% battery health, and a 1m vnd ($40) compensation , so far it has been fine, though the speakers don’t get as loud as the last two units, im not as bothered to return again so i’ll probably stick with it
will i buy used iphones again? probably.
will i suggest buying used iphones to anybody else? unlikely.

my friend’s S21 got lines, and replacement screens are ridiculously expensive, so we bought another S21 with blurry cameras for cheap, salvaged the screen + battery and now i have a spare Exynos S21 with my friend’s old screen to play with
we originally intended to give him the 256GB board, but he preferred his old Snapdragon board, plus the fact that the cameras aren’t interchangeable so we only exchanged the screen assembly
