โœŠHardwork vs ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿค๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธsmartwork:
Hard work and smart work are two different approaches to studying. Hard work is putting in a lot of effort and time into studying, while smart work is about working efficiently and effectively to achieve the same results with less effort. Here are some examples of hard work and smart work in studies:

Hard Work:
1. Spending hours studying every day without taking breaks or rest.
2. Memorizing all the notes and textbooks without understanding the concepts.
3. Reading every word of a textbook, even if it's not necessary for the exam.
4. Trying to cover all the topics without prioritizing or focusing on the important ones.
5. Studying alone without seeking help from teachers or classmates.

Smart Work:
1. Creating a study schedule that includes breaks and rest to avoid burnout.
2. Understanding the concepts instead of just memorizing them.
3. Skimming through the textbook and focusing on the important topics that are relevant to the exam.
4. Prioritizing the topics that are more likely to be asked in the exam.
5. Collaborating with teachers and classmates to clarify doubts and get a better understanding of the subject.

In conclusion, both hard work and smart work are essential for success in studies. However, working smartly can help you achieve better results with less effort and time.

Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) vs. Pseudoscience: A Reality Check for Medicos ๐Ÿฉบ
Guys,we need to be very vocal about Evidence-Based Medicine. I just came across this investigative documentary on the Ayurvedic/Unani industry and itโ€™s a massive wake-up call for our fraternity.
Why we must advocate for Modern Medicine over alternative systems:
๐ŸŸคThe Trial Gap: We study the rigors of Phase I to IV clinical trials. In contrast, many AYUSH proprietary drugs get licenses under Rule 158(B) with zero safety data or just "pilot studies" on 30 people. Thatโ€™s not science; that's a loophole.
๐ŸŸคToxic Adulteration: The video confirms "herbal" powders being spiked with unlabeled Metformin and Glimepiride. Patients end up with unexplained hypoglycemia or DILI (Drug-Induced Liver Injury) and land in our ERs.
๐ŸŸคHeavy Metal Toxicity: High levels of Lead, Arsenic, and Mercury were found in common products. We are the ones who have to treat the resulting nephrotoxicity and hepatic failure.
๐ŸŸคThe "Natural" Trap: Patients think "no side effects," but we know everything has a dose-response relationship. Using unstandardized extracts is a gamble we can't afford.
โš•๏ธAs doctors, itโ€™s our job to guide people away from "experience-based" myths and towards peer-reviewed, proven science. We can't let "ancient wisdom" bypass modern safety protocols.
Watch this documentary to understand the scale of the problem. Itโ€™s high time we educate our patients to stick to EBM.
